· *Michael Joseph is now retired but spent most of his working life as a BA pilot, flying Jumbo Jets. He was responsible for leading the Weald School Team to first place in the National Electric Racing Car competition, and has spoken at previous Rotary Club meetings on Wildflower Meadows, a topic on which he is now an acclaimed expert, and of the importance and value of mentoring young people. “Brilliant”! was the most frequently heard comment from those who came to these talks. He follows all his interests with great passion and now much of his time is spent on art. He is a tutor at Sussex Sculpture Studio and his work is currently on exhibition at RHS Wisley Gardens, and can also be seen in the waiting room of Billingshurst Dentist, amongst other places.
