Lovedean to Bolney Overhead Electricity Line Refurbishment Project

There are some upcoming bridleway closures required in the parish of Billingshurst enabling National Grid to safely undertake works as part of the Lovedean to Bolney Overhead Electricity Line Refurbishment.   This is essential maintenance work that is needed to maintain and improve the electricity transmission network and work will ensure that National Grid can continue to operate a safe and reliable electricity system in the future.  To undertake this work safely, the following bridleways will be closed over the coming months:- 

· Billingshurst Bridleway no. 1918

· Billingshurst Bridleway no. 1921

Maps of the closures can be found below. The team will typically be working between the hours of 8am and 7pm. Disruption will be kept to a minimum and signs will be placed in the area to give advance warning of the closure.
