Why not Jog for the Jubilee, in your own time and at your own pace?  By downloading the instructions from the Billingshurst Runners Facebook Page, you can follow the pre-planned route which spells out EIIR.

 BEACON LIGHTING 

As a chain of over 4,200 Beacons are lit across the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Commonwealth and Overseas UK Territories, join us on Adversane Green as we light this new beacon for the very first time.  Please car share as there is limited car parking and bring a torch! Refreshments are TBC.

 COMMUNITY SERVICE OF THANKSGIVING

Give thanks for the dedication of Her Majesty the Queen to public service, whilst enjoying the open air at Station Road Community Gardens.  Everyone welcome!

BILLINGSHURST MACMILLAN SUPPORT GROUP JUBILEE COFFEE MORNING  

Join us for a drink and a slice of cake.  We will also be selling homemade crafts, cards, preserves, tombola and a raffle.

 PLATINUM WALKING PARADE

Don any outfit you fancy and join the procession which leaves the car park of Billingshurst Centre at 1.30pm, going down the High Street and Station Road and finishing at Station Road Community Gardens.  There will be trophies for each category.  You can arrive from 12.30pm onwards.  Changing facilities within Billingshurst Centre.  (Billingshurst Community Minibus will form part of the procession and can take up to 11 people who would otherwise struggle to walk down to Station Road Gardens.  Also Leaves the Centre at 1.30pm; just turn up, in fancy dress of course!)

PLATINUM PARTY IN THE PARK 

Peruse numerous plant and craft stalls, plus stands from local groups, societies and charities.  Sample cream teas and other mouth-watering cakes in Station Road Community Gardens.  All whilst listening to music from local bands and choirs.
