LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
The Council has submitted its objection to strategic housing site 7 east of Billingshurst and strategic site 8 Adversane/North Heath to Horsham District Council.
The Strategic Planning Advisory Group at Horsham District Council met on Tuesday 26 January 2010 and announced that the Preferred Strategy will be ready in the summer. In the meantime, HDC are working on:
· Local Generated Needs Study
· Affordable Housing Needs Study
· Infrastructure Study
· Retail Needs Study
The next Strategic Planning Advisory Group meeting is on Tuesday 23 March 2010.
MEMORIAL SAFETY INSPECTION
The memorial safety inspection is now complete.
Where a memorial has failed to pass the safety inspection, it has been identified with a warning sticker. If you are the owner of a memorial with a warning sticker, please will you contact the Parish Council within six months of this notice to discuss the defect identified and repairs required.
